PERSONAL STATEMENT

The object of cosmetic surgery is improvement, not perfection. Patient expectations should not be unreasonably high, and obviously no guarantees can be given. Surgery should be done to please yourself and not others. Although your friends and family may want to give you advice, only an expert that is knowledgeable and experienced in this field can give you the correct information about the procedures you wish to undergo. Having surgery will not change anything else in your life. Although cosmetic procedures are safe, they all carry some risks which will be discussed with you at the time of your consultation. Patients must exercise patience during the period of healing. They must also possess the ability to cope with the surgical undertaking their choice.  All surgical procedures have limitations which will be discussed in detail during a personal consultation.

My goal for cosmetic surgery is to create a natural look that is harmonious with the age and general appearance of the patient. An individual's ethnicity, genetics, height and weight are all factors in what improved appearance is all about.

Cosmetic surgical procedures should be predictable, easily tolerated with a quick recovery and  little risk. If surgical procedures are completely without risk, the procedure may not be beneficial to either the surgeon or the patient. No individual doing cosmetic surgery is an expert in every procedure. I am particularly interested in nasal surgery, reconstructive facial plastic surgery and aging face surgery including blepharoplasty, facelift and forehead lifting in including skin resurfacing wither with peels or with lasers.  I have considerable experience in liposuction and fat transplantation which I have done for more than ten years.
