When
patients come to
Dr. Keith Wahgl's office, they are in for a pleasant surprise . . . WHEN PATIENTS COME to Dr. Keith Wahl's office, they are in for a pleasant surprisea room full of his etched and sculpted glass and mirrors, including the 180-pound cheeta and Egyptian dancing girl. The aesthetic demands on a cosmetic surgeon being what they are, it doesn't surprise us that Wahl is an accomplished artist, proficient in sculpture and engraving. His love of Art Deco design has led him to create doors, windows, light boxes, and freestanding sculptures in every variety of glass and mirror, some with painstakingly applied gold, copper, and silverleaf. |

He gives high praise to Bob Klusman and Ken Pymm of Karl's Glass and Mirror for their help and encouragement, and to Bill McCrystal (April "Artist's Diary") for lighting his pieces. Wahl's glass creatings are available by commission: Wahl 2 Wall Glass Design; 560-9466. |
